I see that all of my Workflow Behaviors are in this automation tab under tasks, is this going to replace/augment the workflow tab in there?

Actions and workflow rules are being automatically converted into first-class Tasks in the app definition. The conversion happens seamlessly and allows the tasks to be reused in the new process automation framework.
