Loading Screen Image Format

I am attempting to add in a brand logo for the loading screen. No matter what pixel size I use, the image is blown up distorted during the preview on the desktop and phone. Any ideas on a possible solution?

Your photo should have the logo at the middle and expand the canvas size (The sample photo is 1200 x 1200)
