Localized base on page

Hi, is it possible to change localize button based on page viewed

is there any expression to change button name?

can we localize this top Left button? I would like to change this button from โ€œleft arrow iconโ€ to โ€œBACKโ€ is it possible? because I did not see it at localize menu.
