Mailto link in template

Is it possible in a Google Docs template file to have a URL link to mailto:{email address}?{subject line} where the subject line is an Appsheet formula?

Hi. Interesting: it appears that google docs will not let you insert <<[FieldName]>> (specifically the << and >>) - it throws an error and you cannot save the “insert link” choice.

However, you can use HTML in the regular, non-google email body section on a workflow, here’s a quick example:
