Make a question appear based on a previous question

Hi,

I am trying to make a question appear only for some answers of the previous question.

The answers of Question #1 are based on a table in my Excel, while the answers of Question #2 were written by me through Enum

Example
Question #1

  • Answer 1
  • Answer 2
  • Answer 3

Question #2 (Question 2 only appears when Answer 1 or 2 were chosen for Question 1)

  • Answer 1
  • Answer 2
