Created an app for a law firm using App Sheet, but im struggling to make the app make reminders to user on client appiointment. please assist.,

For instant i have a column which they capture โ€œdata of appiontmentโ€ on the column i want whatever date they capture users are reminded day before of the appiontment.

I hope i make sense.
