Manage user access list from a table within app

Hello,
I was thinking it would be helpful to be able to manage users access from a table.
For example, I ended up managing 7 apps with 200+ users, and lots of leavers/new starters.

I find it a bit tedious having to open all apps to add/remove access every other day.
I have a Directory table where I maintain the org chart, if I could add new users through that, it would be very useful in my case.

Native built in table for the list of app user Feature Requests

Currently we need to go to editor to add and delete app user one by one . I wish to give control to my app users to manage app user. For instance give a special permission to admin user to do this on app. To make this story workable, ideally we need to have access to DB table for each app where app user data is stored . Email, can edit , read only etc. Metadata for each users. App creator would be able to access to this table and can generate view out of it.

would it be possible to have a table that has all an apps users listed in it, and the app is shared to anyone on the table, so when you add a new user you can just add them to a table and not to each individual app as we have to do now.

API Endpoint to Edit Allowed App-User List (Instead of Opening App Editor) Feature Requests

Currently in AppSheet, adding/removing app-users has to be done manually in each app. So if your company uses 10 different apps and you hire a new employee, someone has to open each app in the editor and add the user to all 10 apps.
