Manage users in multiple apps

Let’s say we make 10 apps in our organization, and every time a new user is added or removed I have to go into every app settings and add or remove user. This is obviously tedious and prone to making mistakes. Is there another way to do this?

Maybe I haven’t found the right setting yet…

I understands your frastration, which I m sharing as well.

For the moment, we do not have fetures in terms of “reusable user group” kinda of functionalities. It is said that Google Group is going to be integrated, which may help this aspect hopefully. In addition to Google Group, Firebased Auth is also another upcoming integration, both feature would address such a frastration to make ease.

Otherwise, we reply on Amazon Cognito or Okta integration to centrally manage the same set of users across the different apps.

That is very unfortunate. Integration with google services should be a given for all paid users which also have a Gsuite account.
