Map without connection

Hello everybody. How’s everybody? I hope very well, and above all in good health!

I need help to know if it is possible to visualize points on the map, without having an internet connection.

I am designing a screen to view activities in a certain area, and it is necessary to be able to view the points (locations) when you do not have a good internet connection.

Viewing points is not the problem when using a map view. However being able to see or reload the base map (either street or satellite) is a different story. Base maps will only reload with an internet connection, so if you are zoomed to the level you want prior to loosing connection, then you will be able to see the base maps, however if you zoom to a different level or pan around on the map view, then the base map layer will not update as it requires an internet connection.
