Masking customer phone number

hi appsheet team,

How to hide customer/prospect mobile number and address for a specific set of app user but still have the functionality of calling the customer / displaying the location but not the actual address of customer in the app.

note: This is used to create the privacy of our customers…

Hi steve ,

as you said we can hide the fields to particular set of users but these users should contact the customers when required.

for example:

take any delivery service like amazon when delivery boy visit our house to delivery the goods he will call us to know the exact location, he does not see our mobile number but he will call directly to us.

You can still have the phone call action visible if the number is hidden. But then as soon as the phone app opens I’m sure you can see the number. Then there’s this:
