Mastercard credit card failing as method of payment to upgrade account

Hello everyone,

I’m currently trying to upgrade our account to the Publisher Pro plan, but when I input our card details the message returned from Stripe is “Your card was declined” without any other pointer to what the problem may be.

I suspect the issue can be a problem of Appsheet charging dollars to a euro account, but wanted to see if there was anyone else who experienced the same issue, or anyone from the Appsheet team who can lend me a hand.
