Maxrow & Top 10

I wish to sort, filter table in order to show the top 10 rows only, in terms of “data entry date”

Have a table with number of the columns, but we have “changetime” column to capture the date/time for data entry/change, where we wish to filter/slice table by this particular column, just pulling rows for top 10, i.e. most latest till 10th latest.

How can we achieve that?
