Mileage Tracker

I am wanting to make a personal Mileage tracking app. I have used Google forms to keep track of data currently and I am using a Google script that works to calculate the mileage from one physical address to another using Google Maps. I have to go into sheets and copy the formula to all new fields. Just looking for an easier way. Any thoughts?

We recently built a slightly different example for someone who had a mileage problem but also wanted to track when to change their car oil. I suspect this example might be a good starting point for you. Here is the example app:
