Modify search engine code

Hi, I would like to ask if to guide me how to modify the Search engine in Map Views.

Searching works perfectly fine when you are using a “TABLE” view in the application as shown below.

But when searching in “Map” view, it only shows you the result(somewhere) but doesn’t bring you to the location of the searched item.

Instead you need to locate manually by panning.

With this, I concluded that the search bar treats the “Table” and the “Map” in the same manner. For which, in using the map, the search bar should include a function that locates the item being asked.

Thus, I would like to add a function in the search bar with the function stated.

You might switch this category to a bug, as this seems more like a bug with maps than anything.
