I am setting up an app for franchisees of a restaurant chain.

I want them to be able to each update a Reference table with their suppliers and service providers contact information so that they can contact them easily using actions.

Each store will have different details in their respective tables.

Is there a way to create this without having to copy and paste the app over and over again so that everyone works from the same app?
