My App is being used to enter data offline, so is there anyway to get these data synced automatically once the device is connected to internet (without needing to click the sync button)?

You should enable the automatic background sync option ---- this should eventually detect connectivity and resync. Also, you should enable sync-on-start — this ensures that the app will sync each time it is restarted (if connectivity permits).
