My app was blocked (I assume because I’d exceeded the number of users for use on a free plan). I have upgraded to the minimum plan required (Publisher) and received an invoice. But there is still a warning against my account and says it requires upgrade. The app is still blocked. I only have about 10 guest users. Why is this and when will it become unblocked?
