Need Help To Clear my Data in Excel (Data Source) every last day of the month

Need Help on how to setup my app to clear the my spreadsheet (data source) every last day of the month. I am totally confuse on how to setup this part i am very new on this environment and would love a helping hand to show me how.

Deleting data is usually not a good idea.

I’d recommend you use a Security Filter instead, to only load up data from the current month.

Security Filters: The Essentials

You can use Security Filters to control which records a user can see and update.

But if you decide that you do actually want to clear the data, then you should setup a Bot, with a “schedule” type Event, to run on the last day of every month, that will run a Delete action across all records.
