Im working on building a CRM type app.
A little background on what I am trying to achieve: When an opportunity (table) has a status of “ready to schedule” I need the app to assign tasks (separate table) to an employee that relate to the scheduling process (crew assignment, confirmation call, etc.).
I think the problem is that I am not getting the formula right to the related opportunity. I have tried the action “add rows to another table” but nothing is coming up when I fire the workflow.
