New Bug Encountered:I just try the appsheet by a month. appsheet deployment Currently been block

I’m trying to use the appsheet to creating the check-in / check-out log a month. But my deployed app is blocked recently and can’t active back.
I just change my account into the premium for a month and charge USD 5, but still not able to use it.

May I know what reason appsheet is block my deployed appsheet.

Hi, please check the reason from My Account > Billing. You probably have more users with your apps than licenses.
