New Bug Encountered: Log entries are no longer reporting the Workflow Step name

This has been occurring for some time now. I guess I had hoped it would have been fixed auto-magically!!

When a Workflow Rule is executed, the logs show the individual workflow actions. Entries are ordered chronologically so the main Workflow Rule entry and each action entry can be dispersed throughout the log.

With some recent changes, the log has stopped reporting the name of the action so there can be several similar entries and we have to open each one to find the correct action entry.




Same. had this since like the first week of January. Had a support ticket about the emails being delayed, that I added the workflow names being missing to, so that’s probably why that got lost cause I never brought that up again either in our exchange about delayed emails.
