New Bug Encountered: Log error message for ISNOTBLANK is incorrect

In an email template, I am using the ISNOTBLANK() function but had parentheses improperly place. The log reported this error:

Function 'ISNOTBLANK' should have exactly two parameters, a table name and a filter condition.
