New Bug Encountered: Not able to view all maps on the app

Hello AppSheet team,

Several users have reported that they are not able to see all the maps on the app (these maps are already available in the system). They are able to see few but not all and this is a constant behavior. We store our maps in S3 and we have verified the storage paths in our database and everything is aligned (they are housed in the same folder on S3). We are not able to understand why the users are able to see only few if the entire protocol adopted was the same for all the maps.

Could you please assist us with debugging this issue?

Can yo elaborate on what you mean by โ€œnot able to seeโ€? Is there an error? Can you provide a screenshot demonstrating the problem?
