New Bug Encountered:old date is returned in date column

when a table is grouped by date and form is opened from past date then the date column return that old date instead of today’s date

Is that Date column set with the initial value TODAY()? If that’s the case and you open that record later, it doesn’t change that date. You could use App formula for the TODAY() so it will change the date.

I dont want to change the date in column every time row is edited.

So i have added the it in intial field

Old date is populated when form add is done from grouped data which is done date wise and we go in old date group date and add new entry.

The form populates old date instead of todays date in intial value.
