New Bug Encountered: "Regenerate Structure" gives random/ wrong header names

I have a sheet that i add a column to every week, the column name being the dated in the formant “Month day, year”. Rows are inventory items, and each week is the inventory for that week. When I added this week’s column, and regenerated the structure all the colums which should read eg “June 2, 2021” got renamed to random numbers. What has changed?

The header column of your spreadsheet MUST be bolded.
