New Bug Encountered: SNAPSHOT replaced with PERMISSIONS?

Anyone else seeing the new PERMISSIONS prompt in scheduled reports where SNAPSHOT should be showing a view? I tried running multiple times, not seeing any prompt myself to be able to accept.
