My App Data has Data locale German (Germany). So there is no AM / PM.
But when I switch between my Detail view and the calendar view, the Time Format changes to AM as you can see in the Video. After syncing, the Time format is without AM again.
I think it has to do with the calendar view. Because also the calendar sometimes starts with Sunday, until it recognizes that we are in Germany and it switches to Monday as the first day of the week.
