New Bug Encountered: Unable to connect to MySQL database

Unable to connect with MySQL database as of this morning (~7AM Eastern time 1/13/20). Anyone else having this issue?

My app is dead and operations have stalled. I’m investigating with my networking department, but no know networking changes (at least at this time).

Are you using an on-premises SQL server for your database?

it is a MySQL database hosted in AWS

Please check that you have all IP addresses. Check this article and last two updates 12/16/2019.

I’m back online. It appears that the new IPs were whitelisted, but a security group for database access was not opened (despite networking sign off). Thank you for your help and patience.
