New Bug Encountered: Unable to save the app

I cannot save the app after making changes in the data section like configuring validations, adding formulas and inital values etc.

After clicking save, changes are not reflected in preview mode.

Save button is still enabled after save action is completed.

Please help to fix this.

There are several reports similar to this. Maybe due to some update.
I just test and it is working (maybe now).
