New Bug Encountered: Workflow action not performing all of my actions

I have created a workflow rule that has 4 actions. It doesn’t seem to do any action past the first action. If i change the action (re Arrange them) it will still just do the first one…

This probably has something to do with your actions. Please post screenshots of the first two actions’ configurations.

Hmm! The workflow looks okay to me, though I will admit to being weak with workflow. Perhaps someone else has some thoughts?
