New User, Simple App - Needing Help

Hi Everyone!, sorry if anything I do while writing this isn’t correct to how things are meant to be done on this Forum, but as the Topic / Title says, I’m a new user and I need help with some Automation.

I’ve tried doing this Automation myself but was getting the Error “The column ‘Snapchat’ of data action ‘Replace @ to Snapchat.com/add/’ cannot be modified.” and I don’t know how to fix it.

Essentially the Process for the App that I’d like is:
When “@” is Inserted or Edited into a Row in the “Snapchat” Column
Replace “@” with “Snapchat.com/add/”
then
Replace “Link (saying link as I can’t have more then two links in this post)” with “@” ~ So the Hyperlinking still works but only the @ shows

If anyone is able to help me / push me in the right direction, that would be greatly appreciated , John.
