New virtual columns take long time to propagate to existing slices

I’ve noticed it takes a long long times for new virtual columns to become available to select in IDE for existing slices with ‘All Columns’ from that table.

Repro steps:

1. Create a new slice from a table with ‘All Columns’
2. Create card view for this slice
3. Add new virtual column in table
4. Try to display the new virtual column in any the existing or new views.

I’ve tried everything to refresh, how can I make it available in dropdowns?

Weird thing is that if you go to slices and change ‘All Columns’ to ‘Custom’ you can see the virtual column there. Saving it there after editing it doesn’t change anything; you can still access columns not included in the slice!

I can’t help because my account has the new slice column chooser, not the old one it sounds like you have.
