No confirmation that app is being processed for iOS white-labelling

I have successful deployed my app on android but I’m having issues doing the same for iOS to test the app. I followed the Youtube video on how to white-label the iOS version of an app and after I clicked the button to white-label the app for iOS, all I got was the loading dots pulsing then disappearing. There was no confirmation or error message. Is this normal? I attached what I have entered into the fields. I also intentionally put in wrong values into the fields to see if an error message would pop up but again it was the same loading dots pulsing then no message. Any help is much appreciated.

The app links have come through to my email just a few minutes ago and it’s working.
