OCR just says contact support?

Was trying an OCR model and it just says error contact support. When I click more info it takes me to invalid OCR Input. My input column is an image and my output is a text. We have the intelligence whatever that lets us use the predictive models because we made one of these before but have never used the OCR section.

You’ve gotta prefill 4 rows with the data and images first. I’ve had better luck using OCRtext(IMAGE). It loads much faster.

@aminah_prw OCR may be one method, but I would also explore the EXTRACT() expressions for indexing/searching text in uploaded images

We never ended up using the OCR.
