Office 365 Login

Some of my users are experiencing excessive logins.

Each time they go in, it’s asking them to login 3x.

They choose remember to avoid logging in again, but it seems to keep prompting the next day.

I am not experiencing this - it remembers me.

Is there a setting I need to switch in office 365, or the app?

Is this on a device — if so, it may be related to a low-memory situation on the device.
