Some times the app doesn’t work in offline mode?
Can you elaborate?
Thank you to your attention, I used prototype app, some times when user use app they need to be online to use the app.
All of the app’s data and all of the images the app uses are stored in the cloud, and require internet access at least occasionally.
In what way is your user having problems?
This case happened when the users restart them device, then they need internet access to run app so this considers problem in field survey.
