Old user unable to use App

Hi Team

I have an issue where I have tried to add an old user that was removed from an App.

It appears that the system is not allowing the user as when the user clicks on the email to use the App, it seems to be stuck on the older version that no longer works.

When I log into Appsheet.com with the user, the App does not show up in the list of Apps.

Any ideas ?
