On mobile the app opens a launch/splash screen

Over the past 2 or 3 weeks whenever I open one of my apps, it keeps coming up with a splash screen when it refreshes. I have tried messing with some of the settings but I can’t get the screen to stop showing up on mobile.

Any help would be appreciated.

Uninstall and reinstall, unfortunately.
