Onboarding View Not at top of screen if after user scrolled down on previous screen

Scenario:
1.One page of a multi-record Onboarding view requires the user to scroll down to see all the text.
2. User clicks Next.
3. Page position remains in the scrolled down position thus making the page look blank if it is a short amount of text. Or in the middle of the text.

Either way, shouldn’t it start at the top of each page?
