One Drive not configured, "You do not have access to create this personal site or you do not have a valid license"

Just in case someone else runs into this, a bit of a false error, perhaps owing to the microsoft libraries we use to support excel/one drive.

This error: “You do not have access to create this personal site or you do not have a valid license”

Could be caused by the appsheet user ID:

  1. having signed in with office 365, but
  2. was never given a license for one drive or content storage.

As well, if anyone has further info on this subject or feels that I am off base here, please let me know!

Hi there,

Just the same with my microsoft account. I also paid for office 365, but I’m still not allowed to add, delete or update data in my sheets.

No idea at all.

Are you able to see one drive? Can you post an screenshot image of your one drive folder with any example excel content in it ?
