One Of new Created app Webcall Is not Working

hey everyone

Tomorrow I Created a new App and Also established an automation web call event is a new record added. google sheet is connected with key. somehow another action via automation is working but I am not getting web calls. even I also tried web call from workflow also.
thus my older app is working perfectly. and all the things I set the same as old.
on the monitoring window, I can see tasks and processes are completed.

I miss used one expression in the g-docs template “concatenate” later I have changed to “&”. works perfectly.
