Option to bring the Icon on the right site of the content

it could be great to have the option to make place the icon also on the right site of the content (Table & Detail View).

Follow this step
Behavior, select the desired action, Go to Appearance, display inline, select attach to column

But would that solution not make the actual data be replaced and the icon be shown instead?

So then I would need an additional row becide the actual data, only to make the icon appear “kind of on the right side of the data”. Right?
