I bought the premium plan 4 days ago. now i got mail and system suggesting to change the plan immediately to pro. but why ? and can’t I change the plan in with the start of next month? coz, I already paid for this month.

Hi, it sounds that the reason could be the subscription plan itself. Have you checked that you are not using any feature that belongs to Pro plan? Like Scheduled reports or Security filter?
