Parent record update

I have a detail record called orders with a reference view to child order items. The parent record orders totals up the value of the selected order items but does not consistently total or sync that calculation. The formula is fine but the sync is the issue. Any ideas?

Hello @Glenn_Thorne , that value won’t update unless it’s a virtual column or is forced to update using other methods like actions and workflows.

Yes [Rafael_ANEIC-PY], you have it. I was storing a sub total and a total value in my google sheet rather than using virtual columns and calculations to obtain the numbers. I should have known better. Thansks so much for helping me to resolve this so quickly!
