Passing changes from one partition to another

Is it possible to pass changes made in one data partition after the fact to another data partition with the same data structure?

I have situations where one team might be working on something that overlaps with another team, and in those circumstances, I’m trying to find a way to copy those changes to the other team’s partition.

Does anyone have any ideas or strategies I might achieve this? Thanks for your help!
