PDF Email Template not working

Hi all,

I have created a PDF attachment for emails, however the template only sends the email without a template attached.
I have created a template as the pic attached. Am I doing something wrong? As soon as I remove the Link to the document, the emails work. As soon as I add a PDF template, the emails don’t fire.
I created a template in appsheet, and i created a word doc template and imported it into appsheet. For Both the emails aren’t sending. As soon as I remove the link to the attachment , everything works fine.

I will also be reaching out to support but commenting here. I noticed this morning that an email workflow with pdf attachment, including a logo image, which was working yesterday, has stopped working this morning. The log shows the email is being sent. It is not being blocked by our spam filter and so far we have waited over half an hour.

The email just arrived so maybe they are working on it. 37 minutes.
