Hi all
Is it possible to embed images as files on PDF generated as part of a workflow?

Thanks.

Hi Tim, yes you can add image files if you add them as Attachments. You can find it from the Workflowโ€™s definition if you scroll down enough.

Hi Aleksi

I do not want the images to display as images as such in the PDF, I want to embed the images as file icons?

Yes thatโ€™s possible. In your Workflowโ€™s definition there is an option called โ€œOther Attachmentsโ€. You can add images as a separate files.

Hi Aleksi

  • I might be missing something I think. See on the attachment I have captured some images, what I am actually after is to embed the images as file icons rather than the actual image
    display on the PDF?*

(Attachment ChangeReport.pdf is missing)

Hi Tim, you need to use Other Attachments option from the Workflow definitionโ€ฆ not with the Body text. Then it will send the image as a file.
