PDF showif?

Hi

I have developed myself an app for sports coaching and I have set up an email with pdf which gets sent out after the session with drills.

On the PDF how can I make the headers only appear if relevant?

Example: The PDF is set up with headers Drill 1, Drill 2 and Drill 3. However, I may only want to show Drill 1, but headers Drill 2 and Drill 3 still show.
