Percent buttons without decimal

Hi,
I have created a five buttons to report percentage progress in a task.
I used enum and named these 0, 0.25, 0.50, 0.75, and 1.00
Normally I can choose to leave decimals out but not now when using enum.
Does it find a solution to remove decimals from my buttons text?

Make the base type Text and format the values as you want them displayed?

Hi and thanks for quick reply.
I should maybe have mentioned that I have a MS excel sheet where the the same column is percent. Numbers from 0 to 1 with % format.
I tried your suggestion and it resulted in the value not being correct read in excel.
