Performance Analyser not showing a user

When I look at the Performance Analyser for one of my apps one of the users doesn’t show in the list.
Has anyone experienced this?
Can I do anything to fix it?

They used to show, but have recently disappeared.
They’re definitely using the app.

This isn’t a bug with Appsheet, it’s a bug with me. The user was using a different app that we were testing a while ago and I didn’t realise
